Emma helps with discovery, navigation, accounts and general Support guidance. She is not a substitute for paid teaching or course Learning Assistance.

Olivia

Course Learning Assistance

Olivia helps with the English lesson a learner is studying inside an eligible owned course. She answers the learner, then waits. Olivia time belongs only to Olivia.

Amelia

Standalone AI English Tutor

Amelia can lead one-to-one conversation, correction, practice and adaptive teaching. No course is required. Amelia time belongs only to Amelia.

How to use AI learning responsibly

AI responses can be incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on an AI service for legal, medical, financial, immigration, emergency or other high-stakes advice. Do not share passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information. Stop the session and contact Support if something appears unsafe or incorrect.

Voice, sessions and charging

Olivia and Amelia use live voice technology when their paid services are active. Permission to use the microphone is requested by the browser. AI time is charged only during an authoritatively connected, billable session; reconnecting must not create a duplicate billable session. Ending a session stops the active countdown.

Learning records and human review

Assessment and certificate decisions remain governed by their own criteria and review controls. AI conversation is not itself proof of course completion. Operational evidence may be reviewed to investigate support, security or billing disputes, while access is limited to authorised purposes.
