Amelia offers adult AI tutoring in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Brazilian Portuguese. English remains our flagship structured A1–B2 pathway. French structured courses are also available at these levels: A1, A2, B1, B2. Eligible adults can purchase optional Olivia course assistance separately. German, Spanish, Italian and Brazilian Portuguese currently offer Amelia tutoring only. Human Tutors are not available.

Yes. Each available French level is a free independent structured course with required module passes and a final assessment for successful-completion certification. Amelia is optional standalone tutoring with a separate purchase and balance. Guardian-controlled French child learning requires explicit French-learning consent; child accounts cannot use AI assistance.

Your target language is what Amelia teaches. Your communication language is the language you choose for instructions and explanations from a separate, broader selector. Confirm it before your first session and change it deliberately when needed. Availability for explanations does not mean that language is offered as a teaching subject.

Yes. The same balance covers every enabled Amelia language. Profiles, goals, saved work, homework and History stay separate by target language. Buying more time does not extend the expiry of older time.

Yes. Tell Amelia you are a beginner. She starts with explanations in your confirmed communication language and introduces manageable target-language practice. More target-language conversation follows demonstrated understanding, not an assumed ability. AI may make mistakes and does not guarantee native-perfect pronunciation or accredited proficiency.

A1 is the first DiverseFX English pathway. It develops essential language for simple everyday introductions, information, transactions and conversations across speaking, listening, reading and writing.

A2 extends familiar English so learners can describe experiences, discuss plans and manage a wider range of everyday, travel, service and workplace exchanges.

B1 helps you explain experiences, give reasons and manage longer conversations on familiar topics. B2 takes you further: discuss complex ideas, compare viewpoints and adapt your speaking and writing to different situations. Both are available as complete courses for adult learners.

Start with A1 if introductions and simple everyday English still need work. Consider A2 if you know the basics but need more range. B1 suits learners ready for longer conversations and connected writing; B2 suits those ready for complex ideas and different viewpoints. Read the course descriptions and ask Support if unsure. No mandatory placement test is required.

Create and verify your adult account, choose an active English or French course and confirm free enrolment. No payment is required. Complete one unfinished course and receive its certificate before starting another. Guardians enrol children separately through My Learners.

Each course provides a sequence of lessons across four stages, with explanations, visual material, audio, interactive practice, speaking responses and writing activities. You can follow your lesson progress and return to completed work. Free individual course access has no fixed purchase expiry. Olivia and Amelia are optional, separate paid services.

Yes. Learners work through structured lessons and activities at their own pace. Human tutoring is a separate coming-soon service and is not included with a course.

The A1-to-B2 General English pathway supports practical communication for everyday life, conversation, international communication, work, study, school support, travel and relocation. It develops listening, speaking, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation rather than promising separate specialist courses.

Yes, through a parent-managed child learner account. An adult registers, verifies and consents in My Learners, then enrols their child in the selected free structured course. Each child has a separate username, progress, assessments and completion certificate. Paid AI and Human Tutors are unavailable for children. Course level describes target-language ability, not school grade; the courses are not claimed to be Grade 1-specific.

Create and verify your adult account, open My Learners, add your child and provide guardian consent. Choose a free structured A1–B2 course and select your child when confirming enrolment. No payment is required. Your child needs no email address: they use their own guardian-managed username and password. Progress, assessment results and successful-completion certificates belong to them. You can reset their password, suspend access or withdraw consent. Emma, Amelia, Olivia and Human Tutors are unavailable in child accounts.

No. A school may share course information with families. The parent or legal guardian creates and manages the child learner profile, provides consent and enrols the child in a free structured course. The child has their own learning identity. No payment is required. This pathway gives the school no access to the child account, progress, writing, recordings or assessment records.

Free individual course access has no fixed purchase expiry. Complete one unfinished course at a time and retain access to completed courses. Account, safeguarding and legitimate access restrictions still apply. Paid AI time keeps its separate 12-month purchase-lot validity.

Lesson practice includes feedback and retries. Complete each module’s required activities, then pass its automatically scored checkpoint to unlock the next module. After all twelve module passes, pass the final course assessment. Failed checkpoints offer review and reassessment without routine human assessment.

A1, A2, B1 and B2 each have a course-completion certificate pathway. A Certificate of Successful Completion requires the course’s required learning, all module checkpoint passes and a final assessment pass after completing the required module progression. It is issued automatically. A contribution or simply attempting activities does not earn a certificate. These certify successful completion of a specific DiverseFX course, not an accredited qualification, official CEFR examination or independent language proficiency. Unrestricted speaking, writing and pronunciation are not independently human assessed. Amelia and Olivia do not issue certificates.

Emma is the free DiverseFX English site assistant. She helps with discovery, navigation, account guidance and confirmed Support escalation. She is not a Tutor or a substitute for paid learning services.

Olivia provides optional paid Learning Assistance for adults inside an eligible owned course and lesson. She can explain, give examples and support practice within that course context. Her time is purchased separately; child accounts cannot use Olivia.

Amelia is the standalone AI Language Tutor. She can lead one-to-one conversation, practice, correction and adaptive teaching. No structured course is required.

Amelia can use a learner’s stated purpose, goals, priority skills, real situations, confidence needs and longer objective to guide sessions, examples, practice, homework and review. Her working-level estimate is non-formal and she does not infer ability from nationality or country.

You can return with valid Tutor time without waiting for a Human Tutor appointment. Saved goals, learning notes, plans and homework support continuity; Amelia does not retain every conversation word for word. Normal service availability applies.

Amelia teaches in the DiverseFX Tutor Room with a Teaching Board, 130 approved learning images and 22 visual activity sets, vocabulary, Quick Practice, writing, homework, goals and saved Session History. She chooses suitable tools for the lesson; you can also request conversation-only practice.

Only if you choose to save one before the session. Saving is off by default. A saved transcript is learner-only, expires 30 days after the session starts and can be deleted earlier. The English application does not retain raw microphone audio. Transcripts can contain errors; saved educational work is separate.

No. Amelia is a standalone AI Language Tutor. Olivia is the separate service that requires an eligible course and lesson. Choose separate Olivia or Amelia time packages in the paid AI options.

No. Olivia and Amelia are separate products with separate balances, sessions and purposes.

Human Tutors are planned as a coming-soon service. Booking, availability and pricing are not yet active.

Recruitment is not open. English plans a relevant TEFL training standard of at least 120 hours, subject to final policy and additional requirements. Suitable applicants, including DiverseFX TEFL graduates, may apply when recruitment opens. Qualifications, vetting, suitability and teaching standards will apply; training does not guarantee acceptance or work. Platform and Tutor Room training will also be required when recruitment proceeds. The Human Tutors page links to current TEFL training.

Use one central organisation account and dashboard on DiverseFX Business across the DiverseFX sites. Organisation management is R250 per month, renewed manually; individual courses remain free. Staff keep their own learner accounts and consent to sharing progress and certificates. Private course creation is coming soon.

All active individual English and French structured courses, assessments and standard completion certificates have no compulsory fee. Olivia and Amelia remain optional paid services. General support through DiverseFX Business is entirely optional and does not unlock or improve learning, results or certificates.

The packages are 15 minutes for R109, 30 minutes for R179 and 60 minutes for R349. Payment is processed in ZAR. An eligible owned course is required. Choose your option in the paid AI options.

Choose from 60 minutes for R349, 120 minutes for R669, 180 minutes for R969. The 180-minute option is Best Value. Use one shared balance across enabled Amelia languages. Payment is in ZAR. No course is required. Each purchase has its own 12-month validity; new time does not renew older time.

Only independently verified active connected time is deducted. Purchased unused time expires after 12 months. Disconnected, failed or ended periods are not intended to be charged, and verified platform-failure time may be restored through an audited technical credit.

No payment is required for structured courses, assessments or standard completion certificates. Free is selected by default. Adults may choose an optional contribution at enrolment or after course completion through this site’s Peach checkout; cancelling or failing payment does not remove free course access or an earned certificate. Amelia and Olivia time are separate optional paid services for adults. Olivia requires an eligible course. Child accounts cannot pay or use AI services.

Emma can assist with ordinary site guidance. Signed-in learners can use My Support for account, course, assessment, balance or technical issues.

Provide the relevant order or session reference through authenticated Support when available. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or private credentials.
