Courses and paid AI services cannot presently be purchased. Final purchase-specific terms will be shown before any commercial service is activated.
1. Who provides the platform
DiverseFX English is operated by DiverseFX (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/252254/07, South Africa. These terms apply when you browse the site, create an account or use an available learning service.
2. Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details private and tell Support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Your account is personal to you. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect learners, the platform or the law.
3. English courses and access
A1 Beginner and A2 Elementary are structured, self-directed English courses. Any price, content, access period and eligibility conditions shown at checkout will form part of the purchase terms. Access may depend on a valid entitlement and on the relevant course release remaining available.
Course content is educational material; it does not promise a particular examination, employment, immigration or professional outcome.
4. Emma, Olivia and Amelia
Emma is the free site assistant. Olivia is optional paid Learning Assistance inside an eligible owned course. Amelia is a separate, standalone AI English Tutor and does not require course ownership. Their balances, purposes and sessions are separate.
Paid AI time is charged only while the relevant session is authoritatively connected and billable. AI can make mistakes, so important information should be checked. See the AI services disclosure for the full boundary.
5. Assessments and certificates
Assessments measure performance against the criteria presented in the learning experience. Certificates, when available and properly issued, record completion or achievement within DiverseFX English. They are not an accredited qualification, an official CEFR qualification or an endorsement by the Council of Europe.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse accounts, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, or infringe intellectual-property rights. Purchased learning material is for your own learning; it may not be republished, resold or systematically copied.
7. Availability, changes and responsibility
Internet, hosting and third-party providers can fail. Failed or uncertain payments must be independently verified before access or time is granted. A cancelled, failed or unverified transaction does not create an entitlement.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law. Questions or disputes can be raised through Contact or authenticated Support.
